RETREATS

My retreats are gentle invitations to step away from the rush of everyday life and come closer to yourself through nature, movement, stillness, and meaningful connection.

One example is the retreat series I co-host with Tracy Germani in the beautiful Arosa. These weekends offer space to breathe, reflect, and recharge, guided by practices that support both body and mind.

 

Our time together weaves through vinyasa and yin yoga, sound baths, guided meditations, breathwork, and moments of deep rest. We also hold heart-opening cacao ceremonies and share the refreshing clarity of cold immersion and thermal therapy in the mountain air.

Each retreat is shaped with care: a balance of shared experiences and quiet moments, community and reflection. The rhythm is unhurried, the setting is nourishing, and the atmosphere welcomes whatever you arrive with.
